Desert roadside motel neon sign poster

Desert road motel poster at dusk, “Vacancy”

Beside a road crossing the desert, a motel raises its tall blue sign as the sun sets behind the hills. A few cars are parked in front of the rooms, and the road stretches off to the horizon. The sky shifts from purple to orange as it sinks toward the horizon, giving this motel poster the mood of an American road trip, somewhere between evening calm and the call of the open road. The title “Vacancy,” the word lit up by motels that still have rooms available, completes the scene.

A desert motel for a living room, office or bar

Its twilight purples and oranges create a warm atmosphere in a living room, bedroom, office or bar. It pairs well with aged leather, metal, raw wood and dim lighting. Several posters about the American West, roads or neon signs can keep it company. A great gift for a lover of the United States, a traveler who has crossed the deserts of the West, a film buff who loves road movies or a motorcyclist dreaming of wide open spaces.
